Introduction

Our top-level management team is comprised of 23 members, including 15 graduates, and 2 holders of a Master's degree and a Doctor's degree respectively. With 60% of our management, technical and marketing personnel recruited from established enterprises in the starch and sugar industries, these staff have much experience in relevant fields.

Under the lead of our managers, a consecutive crystallizing technique that leads the domestic market has been developed by our technicians, and has been commended as a high-tech product under the 'National Torch Development Program'. Meanwhile, we are continually working to enhance our core competitiveness, set up an R&D organization, create special managerial ideas and develop a sense of 'esprit de corp'.
