QA/QC Introduction

Our quality inspection center is responsible for the analysis and testing of all products. Designed and constructed according to relevant national standards, this facility is comprised of a central examination laboratory and 7 branch labs. With a total floor area of 2,000 square meters and fixed assets valued at USD1,200,000, 73.8% of all employees are college graduates; including 3 senior engineers and 26 engineers.

Equipped with Japanese-made HPLC, 2 chromatogram instruments, 1 ion chromatogram apparatus, 2 model BX50-32E01 microscopes and a COD online inspection instrument, main items tested include:
1) Corn starch, corn gluten meal, corn germ, corn fiber and corn oil
2) Maltodextrin and oral glucose
3) Alcohol
4) Mineral water
5) Plastic bags
6) Wastewater resulting from the production process

Having passed evaluation for the ISO9002 standard, all operations are conducted according to ISO/IEC17025 stipulations. With the qualified rate for export goods being 100% when tested by independent agencies, the internal satisfactory rate is 98%. Meanwhile, our corn starch, oral glucose and maltodextrin have all been awarded exemption from customs examination.
